Acorn by Synergie are actively seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join one of the longest established firms of Estate Agents and Auctioneers in the heart of North Devon.

Scope of the role:

You will become the face of the company and play a pivotal role acting as the primary liaison between buyer and sellers in the area.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare and present offers to clients.
  • Coordinate property inspections and surveys.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends.

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferable.
  • Experience in valuing would be desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be able to drive due to the nature of the role.
