We are looking for a proactive and skilled professional with experience in driving quality-focused improvement projects and conducting root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) being a significant advantage. Experience in an engineering environment and handling major quality issues is highly beneficial.



Core Duties:

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis of significant quality issues using recognized techniques such as Ishikawa, 5 Whys, and relevant statistical data analysis.
  • Rapidly respond to and contain major quality issues, effectively managing and bounding problems as they arise.
  • Lead and support quality improvement projects, especially on long-standing or complex issues. Apply the DMAIC cycle and Six Sigma methods to drive successful outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Engage in stakeholder management, facilitating cross-functional meetings, and communicating key findings and business implications at the senior management level.
  • Produce clear and detailed reports summarizing findings, evidence, and actionable recommendations for quality improvement.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 / EN9100 standards.
  • Understanding of Business Management Systems, Operational Frameworks, and Operational Assurance processes.
  • Knowledge of product safety standards and practices.
  • Experience in cross-functional integration and collaboration.
  • Awareness of export requirements, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (if applicable).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Minitab and SAP is desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) - Preferred.
  • Root Cause Analysis - Preferred.
  • PFMEA - Preferred.
  • Engineering degree - Preferred.
