Our client, a reputable organisation within the maritime sector, is currently seeking a Senior Project Quality Professional to join their team on a contract basis. This role is integral to maintaining quality and HSE standards within the submarine solutions discipline.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Quality Function to ensure compliance with the local Quality Business Management System
  • Manage own tasks, deliver results, and escalate problem areas
  • Provide guidance to junior team members
  • Conduct specialist Quality activities according to procedures
  • Engage in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Assurance, and Quality Improvements
  • Lead internal audits and support supplier audits
  • Manage non-conformance resolution and corrective actions
  • Conduct Quality investigations and analyse data effectively


Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Quality and HSE within the maritime sector
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/ EN9100 standards
  • Understanding of Business Management Systems and Operational Assurance processes
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies
  • Effective stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in leading internal and supplier audits
  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Lead Auditor status or equivalent experience

  • This is a full-time, on-site contract role, working five days a week
