Wireless Communications TETRA Engineer

Hybrid working available 2 days per week or 1 week per months on site.

As a Wireless Communications (Radio Access Network Systems) Engineer, you will be working with a wide range of stakeholders across the site. As you will have exposure to the whole Engineering Lifecycle, these will include team such as Build all the way through to Test & Commissioning. Externally, you will be working with Contractor, Suppliers & customers.

This role will provide you with exposure to the most sophisticated machinery within the Defence industry. You will have full exposure to the Engineering Lifecycle. Working on multiple major projects current & new, this role will give you the opportunity to take ownership of technical solutions presented to important defence customers.

The role is front end design of a TETRA network for the site location. The required knowledge is technical design of Trunked Radio Systems for example TETRA/P25/PMR/DMR/MPT1327
