They are looking for a Network Engineer to join them on-site with travel to site in Barrow in Furness. This engagement will run on for an initial 6-month contract - with a view to extend.They are interested in Network Engineer with experience of working in an Agile environment amongst multi-disciplinary teams. Past experience of working within the public/defence sector would be ideal.Role Description:

Expected to have undertaken other Network Engineering roles for at least 5 years.
Have demonstrable experience of configuring Network systems, switching, routing, fire-walling, load balancing and voice.
Will typically be qualified to Cisco CCNA level or vendor equivalent accreditation's
Will be able to demonstrate knowledge of networks including network security, virtual private networking (VPN) converged networks and broadband technologies.
Will have the ability to install, configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Voice network Infrastructures for enterprise organisations.
Understand racking, cabling and containment systems and standards.
