Your Role

Troubleshooting and configuring enterprise networks.
Diagnosing and resolving network incidents.
Implementing network changes and improvements.
Supporting Project Managers in delivering technical solutions.
Continuously strengthening your technical capabilities through professional training and certifications.

Key Skills & Experience

A proven track record in supporting enterprise networks, with relevant technical certifications.
Experience supporting firewalls, including Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA & AnyConnect Remote Access.
Expertise in troubleshooting and fault-finding routing issues (BGP, OSPF & EIGRP).
A deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI software-defined networks (multi-site & multi-pod).
