- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems across the site, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance.
- Conduct plant and equipment modifications as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation, including logs, job reports, and risk assessments.
- Support colleagues and contractors through training and collaboration.
- Prioritise breakdown repairs and liaise with operations to minimise disruptions.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Actively contribute to a safe, efficient, and continuous flow of operations.
- Â Must have undertaken a Time-served Electrical apprenticeship.
- Â Must have 17th or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certification.
- Â Experience troubleshooting PLCs, AC/DC drives, and electrical control systems using ladder logic and schematic drawings.
- Â Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-moving operational environment.
- Â Must have a strong appreciation and understanding for Health and Safety
- Â Ideally have worked in a heavy industrial setting previously Quarries, Recycling, Aggregates, Steel, Heavy Manufacturing, Heavy Process
- Â Must be happy working at height and in confined spaces
