We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Accountant / Admin Manager to join a successful multi-site retail business headquartered in Wales.
With 13 locations across the country and an annual turnover of £28 million, this growing company offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take on a leadership role.
Assignment Details- Reporting directly to the Managing Director
- Overseeing day-to-day financial operations
- Supporting a small accounts team (2 staff members)
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Liaising with external accountants to complete quarterly and annual returns
- Assisting with strategic financial planning and decision-making
- Will be involved in the planned software implementation to SAGE 200
Skills Required
- A relevant financial qualification (e.g., AAT,ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is preferred but relevnt experience will be prioritised
- Proven experience in a similar role (Management Accountant or Finance Manager)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a multi-site or retail environment is advantageous
