What We're Looking For:

Qualified Social Worker (Degree or equivalent) registered with Social Care Wales.Experience in children's social care, such as safeguarding, child protection, or family support.Strong relationship-building skills, able to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.The ability to work independently while thriving in a supportive, team-focused environment.A passion for continuous learning, keeping up to date with best practice and new approaches.
