£21.20 per hour PAYE 

Ongoing Contract

To deliver the project on time, to the required quality standards and within budget whilst maintaining client and customer satisfaction

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and obtain relevant information to plan works
  • Know and understand the Company's obligations under the Contract.
  • Collate all required information from the Client/Representative i.e. drawing/specifications etc, to plan works on site.
  • Determine method of works, Phasing & Programme of Works
  • Identify and determine Method of Works as required by the Contract and Drawings.
  • Phasing and Works and Prepare Programme of Works as per Client's Requirements under the Contract Conditions.
  • Establish and maintain On-site Administrative Systems, H & S and Environmental & Welfare
  • Set up on site all admin systems in accordance with procedures.
  • Determine resource requirements for works i.e. materials, plant and           equipment
  • Identify requirement of Labour, Plant and other resources required to carry out the contracted works.                      
  • Determine future staff requirements
  • To actively support other members of staff.
  • Discuss and determine Training and Future Development as required on the Project.
  • Monitor progress of the works
  • Produce Short Term Programme of Worksbased on the Master Programme.
  • Hold Team Meetings with staff and supply chain.
  • Liaise closely with Resident Liaison Staff
  • Share master and short-term programme to identify route march
  • Identify areas of resident concern, agree management of and resolve complaints
  • Assist in managing no access issues affecting delivery
  • Liaise with Client representatives and residents
  • Form relationship with appropriate representatives of the Client and residents affected by the works.
  • Liaise with other team members including resident liaison staff, quantity surveyors and contracts administrators
  • Provide real time programme data to the contracts administrator
