- Financial Management: Oversee financial controls, prepare consolidated management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, and manage payroll and pricing integrity.

- Audit & Compliance: Handle relationships with auditors, ensure timely completion of audits, and ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and tax laws.
- Taxation: Review VAT returns and submit corporation tax returns, ensuring compliance with HMRC.
- Insurance: Oversee annual insurance renewals.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and improve processes.
- IT Management: Lead software strategy and management.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of two finance professionals.
- Experience: 5-7 years in similar roles, with industry experience.
- Education: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong software implementation experience; familiarity with SAP Business One, MS Power BI, and MS Dynamics is advantageous.
