- Identify and report potential fraud cases
- Assist with the implementation of new systems and procedures as required
- Stay up to date with legislation and attend training sessions as necessary

- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a local government setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
