An established and forward-thinking ecological consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Ecologist to join their growing team. You'll contribute to a diverse range of projects, from major infrastructure and mitigation schemes to smaller-scale developments, combining project management, mentoring, and technical delivery.

35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience

You'll need:
Proven experience within ecological consultancy (~5 years)
Project management and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of UK ecology and legislation
Experience with protected species licensing
Advanced botanical and habitat assessment skills
Associate or Full CIEEM membership
