They are looking for a Senior manager to lead the facility in Essex responsible for developing, performing, and delivering all manufacturing facilities to the organization, ensuring efficient service and maximizing performance and profitability against pre-agreed targets. Responsibilities include staff management, budget adherence, meeting targets, ensuring smooth operations, training and development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks involve managing facilities, liaising with the organization, improving processes, developing progress plans, supporting other departments, recruitment, training, performance management, reporting, and maintaining client relationships. Adherence to legal regulations, policies, and procedures is essential for success.
