About the Role:Seeking an experienced Lead Generation Manager to spearhead global efforts across Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, GCC, and APAC. Focus on business development for Distribution and Service & Maintenance units.

Role Overview:Identify new business opportunities, set up meetings for regional sales teams, and manage customer relationships. Oversee our CRM system for pipeline management and collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation campaigns and develop marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads, focusing on Distribution and Service & Maintenance. Customize approaches with regional sales managers.- Customer Relationship Management: Manage the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up of leads. Coordinate global outreach.- Existing Customer Expansion: Expand business with existing customers, ensuring global communication consistency.- Sales Support: Connect regional sales teams with prospective clients.- Team Collaboration: Execute digital campaigns and create tailored content.- Inbound Lead Management: Manage and qualify inbound leads.- Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain a lead generation pipeline, providing updates to the Commercial Director and regional managers.

Person Profile:Experience: Track record in lead generation within a B2B environment, spanning multiple regions.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.- Communication: Excellent skills, capable of building strong relationships.- Adaptability: Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Team Collaboration: Experience with global teams and regional challenges.
