Are you a Product Category Manager with experience product lifecycle, researching, and identifying product and customer requirements? I am working with a retail business based in Basildon looking for a Product Category Manager to define the product strategy, vision and roadmap for relevant product areas, working closely with Digital Customer Service, Marketing and Supplychain teams to ensure revenue profitability and customer satisfaction targets are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Present business cases for product range developments
  • Develop core positioning and messaging for all products
  • Merchandise products through the catalogue and website to achieve maximum product performance
  • Utilise Google Analytics and work with the Digital team to implement actions to improve conversion rates
