As part of a forward-thinking team, you'll be involved in selling a wide range of vehicles and service plans, playing a key role in driving the business's continued expansion.The day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of Sales Executives, ensuring customer needs are met by coordinating with the Service Department, maintaining an organized diary system, and hosting off-site events to drive business growth. You'll also be responsible for selling vehicles and service plans, with the opportunity to generate significant earnings based on performance.This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar who is looking for a dynamic, rewarding opportunity to further develop leadership and sales skills in an expanding company. The role offers a commission structure that significantly boosts earnings, alongside great long-term career potential.The Role:

• Manage a team of Sales Executives
• Sell vehicles and service plans, contributing to business expansion

• Mon - Fri 9-6 with fortnightly weekend shifts
