Our client are seeking 3 experienced and qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their team on a freelance basis. This role offers a competitive daily rate, flexibility, independence, and a fantastic opportunity for career growth within a growing company.

These surveys will be conducted utilising TEAMS for efficient data collection and reporting. Occasionally our client does get contract work as far as Newcastle so its a possibility that you could be given work there.
  • Schedule Management: You will have full autonomy to manage your own schedule, allowing you to optimise travel and survey execution. You will be provided with job lots of survey sites and will have the freedom to book them in the sequence that best suits your efficiency and travel needs. This eliminates the frustration of unnecessary travel and allows you to focus on delivering quality work.

  • Qualifications: You must be a BOHS P402 qualified asbestos surveyor. Having P403/P404 qualifications would be an advantage, but it's not a requirement for this initial role.
  • Experience: You should possess a proven track record of working independently and effectively managing your own workload. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently are essential.
