As a Flooring Manager, you will be managing and overseeing flooring installation projects from start to finish.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitoring safety protocols and compliance with site regulations.
- Managing project budgets and schedules.
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks.
- Resolving on-site issues and providing leadership to the team.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Flooring Manager, Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in flooring project management or site management.
- Understanding of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
