RTL are on the look out for a Demolition Site Supervisor to work on behalf of a leading Demolition contractor whoseservices include all methods of demolition, asbestos survey and abatement, waste management, industrial dismantling, earthworks and land remediation.
My client has ongoing work for the right candidate!!
Pay rate is OUTSIDE IR35!!
Site Supervisor duties:
- Reporting to and working with the Project Manager.
- Managing specialist Sub Contractors
- Assess the quality of work that the contractors are providing.
- Organising work schedules and maintaining worker timesheets
- Organising and managing labour on site
- Making sure that safe working practices are always maintained.
- Attending everyday meetings with the management and other trades.
- Arranging inductions
- To manage the productivity and push the project towards the completion date.
Supervisor Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CCDO Gold card
- Experience working for Demolition sub contractors
- 5 + years management experience
