What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using booking software and handling administrative tasks
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing role is a plus
  • Standard DBS that is still valid
  • Previous experience with patients is a plus
