Complaints Triage Team CCA

We are currently seeking Complaints Triage Team CCAs for an ongoing temporary booking with an immediate start. This role is ideal for individuals with strong telephony skills and customer service experience. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between working from home and our office based in Pitsea, Essex.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle incoming calls and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Triage complaints to determine urgency and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service during all interactions.
  • Document all calls and complaints accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt to varying call volumes and manage time effectively to meet service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service experience, contact centre experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent telephony skills with the ability to manage multiple calls.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.
  • Comfortable with technology and capable of handling customer management systems.
