The position is for a Commercial Service Advisor with a competitive basic salary of up to £36,000 per annum.
Candidates are expected to have a professional track record working front of house in a commercial vehicle environment, ideally with experience in LCV/HGV.
The role includes opportunities for bonuses, with up to £1,000 paid quarterly, and additional earnings can be expected with overtime on Saturdays.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with shifts from 07.00 to 17.00 or 08.30 to 18.00, and Saturdays are on a 1 in 3 rota basis.
Benefits include a company pension, 29 days of annual leave, and a cycle to work scheme.

Commercial Service Advisor

Competitive Basic Salary of up to £36,000 p.a.
Bonus Opportunity is paid quarterly up to £1000 per quarter.
Working hours are Monday to Friday shifts: 07.00 - 17.00 / 08.30 - 18.00.
Saturdays worked 07.00 to 12.00 / 1 in 3 rota paid at time and a half.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Vehicle Repair Centre who are currently recruiting for a Commercial Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Basildon area.Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Commercial Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.Their minimum requirements for a Commercial Service Advisor are as follows:

A professional track record working front of house in a Commercial vehicle (LCV/HGV) environment.
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

As a Commercial Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:

Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
