I am recruiting for a Client Services Executive to join my client based in Rochford, Essex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional communication and support services to clients, promoting their HR services and products, and developing client relationships to explore additional products or services where appropriate.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as a point of contact for client enquiries, managing initial information gathering, sending information, arranging demonstrations, and planning follow-ups.
  • Conduct demonstrations of HR software products, discussing features, benefits, and recommending solutions.
  • Handle administration from proposal to sales order and in-house documentation for new clients.
  • Attend local networking events and exhibitions to promote services and build contacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Client-focused with experience in client services or customer services.
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build relationships quickly via phone, video conference, and face-to-face.
