- Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise under pressure, and utilise knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products.
- Highly motivated with a continuous improvement and process-oriented mindset, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
