Customer Service ExecutiveChelmsford BasedSalary: £26,000-£27,000 Our client, a leading business based in the Chelmsford area, is seeking a Customer Services Executive to join their team. As a crucial member of the Customer Services department, you will work with the team to uphold a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and drive process improvements to enhance the client experience.
  • Delivering first-class customer service and managing customer orders efficiently.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring all their enquiries are handled promptly to drive new business and loyalty.
  • Collaborate across departments to eliminate barriers that impact the customer experience and recommend improvements to customer service procedures.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer service or order management role, preferably within a manufacturing organisation.
