Our client Essex’s largest automotive group in Basildon are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who has excellent communication skills to work in a demanding environment.

Ideal candidates for this position will have previous experience working within a similar role and proven customer service skills. Preferably candidates would have held a full clean UK manual driving licence for at least 1 year.

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the vehicle repair process.

  • First point of contact for customers with substantial influence on customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for the preparation and planning of vehicle bookings
  • Face to face, telephone and email enquiries/bookings from customers and passing on information correctly
  • Retail invoicing as required
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer contact and communications throughout their visit
  • Preparing job packs, checking for recalls and updating the system
  • Liaising with all internal departments; Service colleagues, Sales Executives, Technicians and Parts Advisors

The salary for this role is between £24,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
