This is a fantastic role where excellent communication is at the core of everything! You will join an innovative and forward-thinking telecommunications provider and deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external clients! You will join their team in Basildon on a permanent basis.

Your key duties include:

  • Handle client queries effectively through strong communication skills, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client revenue and sales.
  • Adhere to all processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve company objectives.
  • You will work 37.5 hours per week, 9am 5:30pm, Monday Friday.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT and Telecommunications services across major UK providers and be proficient in Microsoft applications. Experience in a client-facing role, where strong communication skills have been demonstrated, is preferred. GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) are desirable. You should be organised, a skilled problem-solver, and adaptable to changing environments. A positive, professional attitude, eagerness to learn, and a friendly, approachable demeanour are essential.
