A global leader in defence and aerospace technology are seeking experienced Electronic Design Engineers to help deliver cutting edge high fidelity thermal imaging and airborne sensor products.
Key Accountabilities - Senior/ Principal Electronic Design Engineer
+ Requirement definition and support to generation of verification plans
+ Electronic design analysis, circuit simulation and prototyping
+ Electronic schematic capture and PCB layout support
+ Power supply and interface circuit design for digital processors and microcontrollers
+ High-speed digital design - including FPGA, DDR and high speed LVDS video designs
+ Testing and debugging of electronic circuits
+ Development of subsystem engineering solutions and specifications
+ Cabling and connector specifications
+ Integration and Verification of System and Sub-Systems
+ Support to Qualification (including EMC)
+ Production and Delivery support
Skills and knowledge required - Senior/ Principal Electronic Design Engineer
+ Knowledge and experience of all stages of the engineering development lifecycle
+ Digital & Analogue Electronic design knowledge
+ Board level PCB design
+ Operating at the product system level
