  • Tech-Savvy - High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong typing skills.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings efficiently.
  • Coordinating UK and international travel, ensuring seamless arrangements.
  • Preparing and formatting key documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Overseeing inbox management, prioritising tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaising on behalf of the MD with internal teams and external clients.
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Planning corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Handling office administration and ad hoc tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
