Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings efficiently.
- Coordinating UK and international travel, ensuring seamless arrangements.
- Preparing and formatting key documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Overseeing inbox management, prioritising tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaising on behalf of the MD with internal teams and external clients.
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Planning corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Handling office administration and ad hoc tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
