Are you an experienced insolvency professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Senior Insolvency Administrator to join a well-established and growing insolvency practice. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a varied case portfolio while further developing your expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, CVLs, and bankruptcies
- Preparing statutory reports, case reviews, and creditor communications
- Conducting in-depth investigations into company affairs and director conduct
- Handling asset realisation, creditor claims, and distributions
- Ensuring full compliance with insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in insolvency administration
- Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
