What You'll Do:
- Partner with senior leaders, offering financial and strategic insights to influence decision-making and performance management.
- Analyze P&L performance, KPIs, and trends to uncover opportunities for margin improvement and efficiency.
- Create and present high-quality, actionable management information to support business goals.
- Shape the future of our finance department through commercial innovation and strategic leadership.
- Lead monthly reviews of financial performance and prepare insightful KPI and operational reports.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified/Part-Qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA, or a solid mix of professional qualifications and financial experience.
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query and Power Pivot) and experience with Power BI.
- A proven history of success as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within a large-scale, people-focused organization.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data into meaningful, simple insights.
- Strategic mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail and analytical expertise.
