Are you a finance professional ready to take the lead in a fast-paced and growing wealth management firm? Our client, a boutique financial services company, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, provide strategic insights, and drive process improvements.

The Role:

In this hands-on role, you will:? Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.? Support senior leadership with financial planning, analysis, and reporting.? Manage client-related financial processes with precision and professionalism.? Lead projects such as general ledger migrations and automation initiatives.? Improve reporting processes and streamline workflows.

What We're Looking For:

? ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).? Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related sector. (ESSENTIAL)? Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.? Hands-on experience with Sage or Xero, including automation and reporting.? Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.? Knowledge of UK GAAP and FCA compliance (highly desirable).
