About the Role:As a Post Press Finisher, you’ll be a vital part of our production team, operating post-press machines to deliver top-quality results on time. This is an opportunity to showcase your technical skills and contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Masterfully operate post-press machinery, including Guillotine, Folder, Stitcher, Cylinder, and Platen.
- Ensure production runs are completed on schedule while upholding the highest quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the process to guarantee excellence.
- Work on a rotating double-day shift:
- Early Shift: 6:00 am - 1:30 pm
- Late Shift: 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the production team, addressing issues efficiently and maintaining smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a Post Press Operator role with hands-on expertise in one or more machines: Guillotine, Folder, Stitcher, Cylinder, or Platen.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced production setting.
- Bonus Points: Experience operating multiple machines and knowledge of printing industry best practices.
