Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Freight Forwarder / Customer Service person for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Basildon, Essex area.
- Assist the Head of Customer Services in the execution of their duties in support of the Managing Director's vision of the company to be competitive and profitable
- Understand and execute the departments vision of good business development in order to ensure outstanding customer service to clients
- Customer bookings
- Dealing with key accounts
- Dealing with customer complaints
Working hours are Monday - Friday 0830 - 1730
