Salary: £100 - £120 per day

TeacherActive are proud to be working with a fantastic Primary School based in the heart of Basildon, looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor to join their team on a long-term basis. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be working across all primary year groups covering teachers planned absence.  

Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools. The role of a Cover Supervisor doesn’t include planning and preparation, however strong communication and classroom management skills are a must.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• CACHE LEVEL 2/3 OR 6 months experience
• Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 5 to 11
• Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
• Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
