Kingswood Group are excited to be partnering with a growing business based in Basildon to recruit a permanent HR Coordinator.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their HR career.Duties to include

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  • Process employee data changes 
  • Support HR administration tasks, such as preparing contracts and managing leave records
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring data accuracy
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Prepare HR reports 
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with enrollment or changes
  • Support the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews
  • Provide general HR support and assist with HR projects as needed

Experience required

  • Previous HR experience working at a similar level 
  • Knowledge and understanding of current UK employment law/HR practices and provisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of organisational skills
  • A good team player as well as being able to work effectively autonomously
  • Part/full CIPD qualification or working towards
