- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Process employee data changesÂ
- Support HR administration tasks, such as preparing contracts and managing leave records
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring data accuracy
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Prepare HR reportsÂ
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with enrollment or changes
- Support the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews
- Provide general HR support and assist with HR projects as needed
Experience required
- Previous HR experience working at a similar levelÂ
- Knowledge and understanding of current UK employment law/HR practices and provisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of organisational skills
- A good team player as well as being able to work effectively autonomously
- Part/full CIPD qualification or working towards Â
