Kingswood Group are pleased to be working with our client, a growing business based in Basildon to support with their search for a HR Manager, on a permanent basis.

This is a generalist HR position with responsibility for driving operational HR activity forwards.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as main point of contact for all HR queries
  • Providing support and coaching to line managers
  • Advising on recruitment, performance management and L&D activity
  • Responsibility for HR processes and procedures improvements and implementation
  • Management of the HR system, ensuring all data is accurate and maintained
  • Policy implementation
  • Recruitment activity, supporting with talent/section and salary benchmarking
  • Leading on HR audits
  • Monthly HR reporting

Experience required

  • Experience operating as a HR Manager or Generalist, ideally in a standalone capacity
  • Experience working with senior leaders, to guide and influence
  • The ability to working a fast paced and changing environment
  • CIPD level 5
