Kingswood Group are pleased to be working with our client, a growing business based in Basildon to support with their search for a HR Manager, on a permanent basis.

This is a generalist HR position with responsibility for driving operational HR activity forwards.

Responsibilities will include:

Acting as main point of contact for all HR queries
Providing support and coaching to line managers
Advising on recruitment, performance management and L&D activity
Responsibility for HR processes and procedures improvements and implementation
Management of the HR system, ensuring all data is accurate and maintained
Policy implementation
Recruitment activity, supporting with talent/section and salary benchmarking
Leading on HR audits
Monthly HR reporting

Experience required

Experience operating as a HR Manager or Generalist, ideally in a standalone capacity
Experience working with senior leaders, to guide and influence
The ability to working a fast paced and changing environment
CIPD level 5
