Kingswood Group are pleased to be working with our client, a growing business based in Basildon to support with their search for a HR Manager, on a permanent basis.
This is a generalist HR position with responsibility for driving operational HR activity forwards.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as main point of contact for all HR queries
- Providing support and coaching to line managers
- Advising on recruitment, performance management and L&D activity
- Responsibility for HR processes and procedures improvements and implementation
- Management of the HR system, ensuring all data is accurate and maintained
- Policy implementation
- Recruitment activity, supporting with talent/section and salary benchmarking
- Leading on HR audits
- Monthly HR reporting
Experience required
- Experience operating as a HR Manager or Generalist, ideally in a standalone capacity
- Experience working with senior leaders, to guide and influence
- The ability to working a fast paced and changing environment
- CIPD level 5
