As the HR Manager, you'll work closely with the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership Team to deliver exceptional HR services. You'll oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and more. Your mission? Foster a workplace that aligns with our values and goals!

Duties:

  • Implement structured reviews and support employee growth.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and best practises.

  • Provide insights and support to the leadership team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD Level 5 preferred.
  • Significant hands-on HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
  • Experience with payroll processes.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and employee engagement initiatives.
