I am recruiting for a Part Time HR Manager to join my Client’s team on a  This role is pivotal in delivering efficient and compliant HR operations and acting as a key advisor on people-related matters within the Senior Leadership Team. The HR Manager will ensure the smooth execution of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. Working closely with the Managing Director, this role plays a critical role in supporting the business by implementing HR policies, optimising processes, and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with company objectives.

Job Purpose:

  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations and engagement, performance management, HR compliance and policies, and HR administration and payroll coordination.
  • Provide senior leadership advice on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with legal standards.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and practices that foster a positive work environment and ensure organisational efficiency.
  • Manage HR systems and payroll administration efficiently, ensuring all processes are up to date and comply with current laws and regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and handle workplace issues to foster a positive company culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD Level 5 preferred.
  • Significant hands-on experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Proven ability to manage HR information systems (HRIS) and oversee payroll processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to advise senior leadership on HR matters and support decision-making.
  • Experience in implementing employee engagement initiatives and developing a positive company culture.
