We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Project Manager to lead the full M&E scheme for a 300-room student accommodation project in Wimbledon with an esteemed existing client.
Position: Project Manager
Location: Basildon / Onsite
Salary: £75,(Apply online only) - £80,(Apply online only) + travel expenses
Role Overview:
As the Project Manager, you will be at the helm of the site management team, overseeing the mechanical and electrical managers, as well as a junior supervisor. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of this significant project.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the site team to ensure project milestones are met.
-Coordinate with mechanical and electrical managers to streamline operations.
-Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
-Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in a Project Management role.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Knowledge of M&E systems and construction processes.
