Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee and manage the development and maintenance of infrastructure projects. The company specializes in large-scale construction projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments.

Role Overview:

As an Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing infrastructure projects. You will ensure that all infrastructure-related operations, including roads, drainage, utilities, and site preparation, are carried out efficiently, meeting project timelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects within the construction company.
  • Manage and maintain infrastructure and digital transformation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including government authorities, suppliers, and internal project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Review technical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure project feasibility.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in management
  • Experience in managing outsourced IT providers
  • Experience with virtualisation (VMWare/Hyper-V), Networks (DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
