Import Export Coordinator – Package Overview:
- Circa £27,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience, negotiable
- Full-time permanent
- Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:00
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Training and progression opportunities available
Company Overview – Import Export Coordinator
Our client is a privately-owned Freight Forwarder based in Basildon. They provide a Multi modal end to end service. They specialise in a range of industries, including; Aerospace, Automotive and e-Commerce as well as many more.

Import Export Coordinator – Roles and Responsibilities:
- Start to finish process.
- Receiving Pre-Alerts from Overseas Partners
- Booking jobs to our internal System Liaising with clients to collect any required documents.
- Preparing documents for customs clearance
- Arranging Deliveries
- Invoicing
Import Export Coordinator – Skills and Experience
- The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of working in an operations dept, have excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the CDS system and to be able to process customs entries is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
- Must have knowledge of how collections and distributions work within the UK
