Logistics Administrator (Vehicle Leasing)
Basildon
£24-26k Basic plus circa £1,200 commission per annum
Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)
We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join a dynamic and expanding vehicle leasing company based in Basildon, Essex. While prior experience in logistics is preferred, they value a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the vehicle order database
- Regularly track and report on vehicle status updates
- Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles
- Organize the fitting of vehicle extras
- Work closely with customers and the Sales team to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- A “can-do” attitude with flexibility to meet changing demands
