Premier Work Supports Client is sourcing for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director for the clients office in Basildon. A permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Our client is looking for someone who has experience in this role and who is well organised and hands-on.

Skills and Attributes Required

  • Efficient, confident, and passionate PA who has experience supporting directors at a senior level
  • Highly organised with excellent time management, multitasking skills, and meticulous attention to detail
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness
  • Able to work on own initiative and without direction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office with good touch-typing speed
  • Personable, positive character, and a team player

Typical Duties

  • Extensive diary management
  • Meeting coordination and scheduling, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Booking, planning, and coordinating UK and overseas travel
  • Preparing, formatting, and issuing correspondence and documents
  • Inbox and to-do list management
  • Liaising internally and externally with individuals/teams and clients on behalf of the MD
  • Organising refreshments/lunches for meetings
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes as required
  • Planning and organising corporate events, meetings, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Preparing and submitting expenses
  • Office administration and any other ad hoc duties that may arise
