Job Title: Office Administrator – FM Services

Location: Basildon, with monthly visits to Watford

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)

Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our busy FM services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording labour hours worked, posting details into Salesforce CRM, and managing supplier invoices in Xero. Additionally, you will assist in writing up reports for completed jobs during quieter periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and record labour hours worked in Salesforce CRM.
  • Post supplier invoices into Xero accounting software.
  • Collaborate with the Watford office team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in writing reports for customers on completed jobs by our air and water team.
  • Visit the Watford office once a month for team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Xero is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
  • Understanding of job costing and job profitability is ideal but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
