Buchan and London Recruitment Ltd are currently looking for a dynamic driven Service Delivery Manager to join our client a reputable maintenance service provider based in Basildon Essex on a permanent level This role would suit candidates that come from a facilities background
As a Service Delivery Quality & Projects Manager you will report directly to the Managing Director
Duties Include
• Sourcing new sub-contractor vetting client/subcontractor on boarding
• Regular reviews which will require travel within UK Ireland and occasionally Europe quality standards on site and office admin working with and supporting the help desk
• Initial client enquiry
• Site Survey with sub-contractor
• Working with estimator to deliver estimate on time
• Mobilisation of project
• Project review
• Snagging and sign off meetings which will require travel within the UK
• Assist with mobilisation of new contracts
• Assist QMR with ISO 9001 and 14001.
• Managing internal Health and Safety management system alongside
companies H&S consultant to ensure compliance
This permanent role is offering a base salary of £45k plus other lifestyle benefits
