About the Role:
They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the costs of construction projects, procuring materials and services for construction projects, administering construction contracts, identifying and mitigating risks associated with construction projects, valuing construction work, preparing cost reports for construction projects, and ensuring that construction work meets quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing a range of projects, ideally including education, retail, commercial, residential, leisure, industrial, and healthcare, with projects ranging in value from £500,000 to £10m. They should also have a balance of working on new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.
