- Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new clients, building strong relationships to win recruitment mandates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting to identify and attract top talent in the tech sector.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and repeat business.
- Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, driving revenue through placements.
- Experience: At least 1 year of recruitment experience (360 or resourcing) OR a strong background in sales and business development.

- Salary: £23,000–£30,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
- Commission: Uncapped commission structure with no threshold—earn 13.5%–22% on billings.
