- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the M&E sector, dealing with Electricians, Labourers, Mechanical Engineers roles and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs.
- Source, screen, and interview M&E professionals to match them with suitable roles.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of business with clients.
- Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of candidates through networking, job boards, and referrals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and market intelligence.
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within the M&E or construction sector.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
