Location: Basildon
Salary: Circa 37k (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 - 17:00)

Our client, one of the UK's leading freight forwarding companies, is looking for a Road Freight Operator to join their team. With over 160 years of expertise in the industry, they are renowned for their commitment to putting people first in everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day freight operations.
- Handle Import/Export shipments and associated documentation.
- Raise job files and all necessary operations paperwork.
- Liaise with carriers to ensure smooth operations.
- Extensive supplier and client communication, including negotiation.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role (e.g., Road Freight Operator/Clerk/Coordinator)
- Experience in Road Freight operations.
- Experience in Import or Export operations.
